All of the pv panels are permanently attached to the south facing pitched roof. The roof on my house is corrugated metal and therefore has no flat surfaces for the aluminum mounting brackets to seat. The corrubracket 100t mini is shorter and has 2 mounting holes. Contact us for expert advice.

Panel mounts clamp to the seam without penetrations. The standard corrubracket 100t is 1 3 4 long with 4 mounting holes. The base seals to the roof with an integral epdm rubber washer and a sealing top cap. The metal roof base mrb provides a robust self sealing mounting base for common corrugated metal roof profiles with a flat mounting surface.

Trapezoidal and corrugated metal roofs though often require a direct attachment to the roofing structure. Standing seam metal roofs are partially flat so mounting a rack is not a problem. Flashing can t be slid underneath so waterproofing is especially important. Corrubracket 100t is the right way to attach solar panel arrays to common corrugated roofing profiles.

The completed assembly has a 5 16 stud compatible with existing snapnrack components. I have solar panel on my corrugated metal roof and not sure if the solar panel roof mounting is to blame as the rubber on top of the bolt is not covering the whole bolt head however there is a rubber between the corrugated sheet and bracket.
