I m afraid it s going to collapse because when the wind blows it makes a scary popping noise.

The noise could be coming from your roof during the hottest days of the summer when the rays of the sun beat down on the shingles. It actually sounds like the roof could rip off the house. Elnoraemily there is virtually no humidity here. I am not a roof expert but it is your typical pitched roof.

Its not all in one area. I used to hear them a lot as a child. One that can make people lose themselves and distort reality. The ones that sound like someone is walking just above you.

We haven t slept in this house yet but it sounds like this noise appears usually in the morning when sun starts to warm up the roof and after the sun goes down and roof cools off. It literally sounds like someone punching sheetrock. Some of them almost sounds like a person going back and forth the roof. For most people though there is that one crippling and heart stopping phobia that can leave them paralyzed.
