Heat a heavy duty grill pan to high heat for about 2 3 minutes.
Spray indoor grill pan with cooking spray and preheat on the stovetop over medium high heat for about one minute.
Flip the chicken breasts over add a tablespoon of butter to the skillet and proceed to cook dinner for 7 extra minutes or till internal temperature reaches 165f.
